Fatburger Campbell River

No doubt Fatburger has great burgers and I also really like their chicken tenders but the service is so hit or miss.

I came here with a friend for a sit down meal on February 24 2024. While I was there, I needed to go to the bathroom. On my way, I slipped and hurt my knee.I went to talk to an employee and she informed me that they had just washed the floors.There were no wet floor signs in sight.

I was up in Campbell River for business and decided to drop in for a burger between appointments.I hadn't eaten all day so I decided to go big instead of going home and ordered the triple king which, I didn't realize at the time, is actually one and a half pounds of beef.Nevertheless, my delicious burger comprised of three 8 oz patties perfectly cooked to order arrived in about 10 minutes or so as the do not cook them ahead of time here like other fast food restaurants. It came topped with a generous amount of cheese on each patty, fresh tomatoes, fresh lettuce, fresh onions, and delicious pickles with mustard and mayonnaise and I added some ketchup for good measure.It was absolutely phenomenal! The beef was perfectly seasoned, the freshness of the veggies was apparent in every bite, and the cheese to meat to bun ratio was perfect.It's up there with Five Guys for my favorite fast food burger of all time. I'll definitely have to try it a few more times to decide which one I like more.

Been a few times to this location and find the staff really helpful and the burgers are always hot and delicious!

Loud, blaring music played by staff created a horrible atmosphere in the restaurant. Even though I was the day's first customer, restaurant was not clean food and debris left from the previous day. My complaint represents 10 other customers who did not complain. We all tell 10 people 100 bad reviews. Whoever owns this franchise... you are losing money!
