It's hard to find good customer service in fast food places these days, so it was refreshing to encounter someone like him. I wish all employees had his positive attitude. Keep it up, young man!
I sincerely hope the person who packed my bag at the drive-thru enjoys my $8 fish sandwich. I can't really fault the $15-an-hour employee, as it seems she struggled to count and read the computer screen. The manager was polite and offered to make another sandwich, but I’ve already lost $8 and now have to spend another $10 on gas to go back for something I shouldn’t have had to chase in the first place. Thank you, but no thanks, and goodbye.
I stopped by to order my food at the window and initially experienced great customer service. The staff member was very polite and asked for my coupon. However, I noticed her hand my food and drinks to the car in front of me. She then took the drink back, placed it at the window, and handed it to me. I asked if I could get a new drink, explaining that I saw the person in front of me touch it. Unfortunately, she responded with attitude and simply went around the corner to change the lid. I find it quite alarming and unsanitary that she thought it was acceptable to give me the same drink—and possibly the same food—after it had been in another customer's car. If food safety isn't a priority for you, perhaps you should consider a different job.
This morning, I watched a staff member struggle to pour the last few drops from a nearly empty coffee pot into my mug, which barely filled up and was hardly warm. It's clear that there's a lack of pride in the work being done here.
If they have two lanes open, they really need to ensure that both are staffed. I watched as three cars in the other lane were served while I was left waiting. When I called out to the speaker to check on my order, the employee acted as if nothing was amiss.
