Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have went every week for 2 months to try and get a footlong pretzel and every single time they don't have any. It doesn't matter what day I stop in. They used to give me excuses, truck is late, truck hasn't made it yet, they didn't get any in the truck, etc..... not they don't even bother to give me an excuse just no they don't have any.I used to run a fast food restaurant and don't understand why they can't just up their order to ensure that they have enough to last till the next truck.I wouldn't care if they had the other pretzels just so I could at least get a freaking pretzel when I want one.
Food is always great. Attitudes are VERY POOR. I used to give a pretty good tip in the tip jar when I'd order but due to the lack of friendly service I don't even bother anymore. Some people need to learn what it means to be in customer service.
Terrible customer service, they were out of half of everything, and my sandwich looked like it was in a tornado. Save your money and go somewhere else.
It’s been 4-5 months with no pretzels. Every time I go in ask about the pretzels, they don’t know when they’ll have some. Always rude about it also, like it’s a problem that I come in and ask. You can just feel the attitude. It’s ridiculous honestly. It’s the only location around here that serves pretzels too. Might as well take the display down if you aren’t going to have any and don’t know when you’ll get them back.
Employees are very rude. They are always on there phones via ear buds. Babies on the counter! Nasty. Flies under the food bar lids.
