I've done a pick up order at this location once a week for a while now, and today's was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Whoever the two ladies were working on Sunday, April 23, were so rude. They didn't get the toppings right on my three sandwiches, and messed up the bread on two. I went back to have it fixed and was told there was nothing wrong. They slapped together the toppings I showed on my receipt and refused to remake them. Definitely the worst I've been treated at this location.
The attitude was horrible! Yep people in there and I heard what do you need so I replied. The lady said could you wait till I finish this one? Then closed everything and the other said is that alll? I was like no I didn’t get anything yet. So they rude woman said something under her breath. They usually pretty good in here but her attitude can leave:
The people were friendly that's about it. It was stifling hot in there and within minutes of eating my sandwich I was having to run to the bathroom and it was like that all night long. When I've been in there in the past it wasn't like this. I was so disappointed ?
Flies and flies and rude ass people that pinch on the food. You ask for more and they charge you but you have to ask more more more to just get a full leaf of lettuce. They act so stupid about it and im sure its the owners BS. So why don't they make sure the flies are not seasoning the food before you get it? Flies walking around on the ,meat i guess checking the quality to make what you buy is A1 maggot ready. Nice.
