Itza Boutza Pizza - Camden

I am currently sitting in the Camden store. I have been waiting here for 24 minutes for a personal pizza that I was told would be ready in ten. There is another guy here who is waiting as well. The dining area is empty because of COVID-19 restrictions.

Our pizza was burnt and Maddie, the manager, dismissed my complaint and hung up on me. I asked to speak to the owner, but when I called back, Annie, who is a very friendly hostess, refused to give me their contact information.

We ordered a medium meat pizza, and I asked the server 4 times to make sure it was cooked well. Unfortunately, when we received the pizza and ate half of it, we found that it was raw in the middle. I asked the server to put it back in the oven, and when it came back out, it was burnt on the outside but still raw in the middle. It's a shame because the sauce on the pizza was very good. They need to train their employees on how to properly cook food and listen to customer's requests. Additionally, both of us got sick from the raw pizza as soon as we got home, which was about 15 minutes later. I do not recommend this place at all! The place was also dirty, with unclean tables and workers not wearing gloves. I even saw a worker not washing their hands after handling money before making a pizza. It was very disgusting.
