Firehouse Subs Camden

I usually give companies a few tries before I have a negative rating. Every time I went into this firehouse, I either wait because they are over slow or my order is just sitting on the side until someone realizes that I have waited. Also, it is not a good look to be bad mouth customers in the ear shot of another customer. I'll never pay $26 for two subs and terrible service. When we came home, the order was wrong.

We ordered 2 party platters for our 4th of July party. Everything was really good. They had all of the toppings on the side (like we asked). Paper products were provided also.

My husband and I came to lunch were disappointed with the cleanliness of the service. The floors were immersed in water, the person mopping was not ringing out the mop, there was dirt and food on the floors, the tables had garbage from previous customers who sat there, and the checkout was rude and short with us. Don't come back.

Food is good and service is friendly. I typically order online from here and pick up in store. 9/10 it is ready on time. And if it isn't, it's not much longer of a wait. I know it's a sub place, but try their salad with the peppercorn ranch. So good!

Ppl are friendly and food is good, but the workers are so joes. It's a sub-place not a Hamburger place. A long with the subs are expensive I think and if you want to make it a combo its 3 more dollars on an almost 10.00 sub that a medium.
