Make sure to get there early or you may not get deserts. A go to place if you’re missing Mughlai food. They have a tandoor on which they make fresh rotis. The haleem is excellent and the Nihari is amazing with some freshly squeezed lime. Will definitely leave you craving
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful. First time I ordered from them and everything was completely burnt and inedible. The lamb chops were literally 2 charred bones with no meat and the bread was burnt and falling apart. To add to that it took them 1.5 hours to deliver I live 2 miles away. When I called asking for an update they lied saying they are waiting for a driver when in fact the driver was waiting for 20mins. Every time I tried to call them back they hung up on me. Do yourself a favour and avoid.
I recently visited this restaurant and had a truly disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor; our waiter wouldn't even look at us, leaving us waiting for an unacceptably long time just to get lemon. When the food finally arrived, the nihari was a major letdown, lacking the authentic taste it's supposed to have. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I won't be returning.
Wholesome meal. Love the lamb seekh kebab and tandoori roti. Must try the nihari
I've been going here with good friends since the 80's. Yes, last century. It's been a treasured spot and we apprecited the absence of decor and fancy stuff because the food was bang on. Not anymore. The famous thallis have gone, the menu has changed and I suspect the ownership along with it. The food was so poor it is still making me angry. If you need time to inspect the floor of your bathroom then go because thats the only thing it did for me. So shiite.
