Service with a smile! The food was delicious and tasted fresh and the service was attentive. The coffee was well done and the almond scones were to die for. The employees were helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall a great vibe and positive experience.

Cozy and quite place. fresh baked scone which was quite dry, served with whipped cream (not clotted cream) and strawberry jam. Coffee and green tea latte were nice. Their mugs don't have handles, I saw staff's finger was dipped into my drink..... he was very friendly though.

The hot chocolate is very nice, but mind the hundreds of tiny flies everywhere. Last visit the fly zapper behind the counter was going off constantly, and a member of staff was running around with a fly swotter so this is clearly an on going issue with the hygiene. Visited twice in the last six months, both times customer service was poor felt like they wished they weren't working, and servers wait until you've ordered and been waiting a while until they tell you it's not available, or simply give you what they think is an appropriate substitute without saying anything.

The scone was cold on the inside. It was a complete rip off, costing £8.33 for a coffee and a scone. Additionally, there was no Coke on the drinks menu. The service was fast, but the tables were really cramped.

Just went there several time for getting baguettes. Bread is good actually But I never understood why they do cook so little amount of baguettes. Often you have to wait for your baguettes to be cooked. Boring , but hot baguettes is really really good though :
