In Camden and needed somewhere to eat so dropped in here. Service was attentive and friendly, really nice buzzy atmosphere and was food was pretty good. Should’ve had the tapas as it looked awesome coming out but we’d plumped for the sharing meat and cheese board then paella. There was way too much meat on the board and not enough cheese and olives (maybe some pickles would be good here). Paella was ok but nothing to write home about, glad I asked for chorizo (seafood and chicken option) as it helped lift the flavour. House Rioja and Cava were good. Finished with a couple of hazelnut liquors, nice. Service charged included came to £92 which was reasonable. Worth dropping in if passing by for the tapas for sure.
A Real Spanish Tapas Place made with Superb fresh Ingredients as I had the Sizzling Prawns, Calamari and Cod and the three were Amazing tasty and cooked with perfection..!! Definitely a place to Come Back Soon..!!
Its a very nice place. Got a nice open air area at the back. The service was on the whole pretty good, the female waitress was great. We had manchego cheese and olives to start and both very very nice. A pitcher of cava sangria for £25 which never had before and was pretty good. Then we had the fish paella which was very cheap at £25 for two. We were told we had to wait 35 minutes when we ordered, which we were of course happy with. Bit disappointed as didn't have enough fish in it. They need to bump price up to £30 for two and put some more fish in. We got two free glasses of a fabulous hazelnut liquor to finish. Really nice touch. Overall we enjoyed it and would come back but wouldn't make a special trip.
There 's nothing wrong with it but it 's not exceptional either. The service was excellent qnd friendly. We were immediately told that paella would take about 20 minutes but that tapas would be much quicker. We ordered a couple of croquettas then chicken and chorizo paellla. Both were at what I would describe as the stodgy end of the food chain. But neither was really bad either. I could imagine going here again if I was passing by and wanted something reasonably cheap and quickly also. But I wouldn 't make a special journey. The tables were sticky and need replacing.
