The food was delicious as always. The manager was very busy taking care of everything, but I felt like the rest of the staff was not working as hard, except for the kitchen team. Can you please make sure there is white sugar available for tea, as brown sugar just doesn't taste right. And also, could you possibly provide some sweeteners as well? Thank you.

My family and I decided to try out this restaurant, attracted by its exterior appearance. Unfortunately, we were left disappointed by our experience. The food was not worth the high price we paid (£12+ for a regular burger with no sides). The service was the biggest letdown, as we felt neglected and ignored by the staff. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took over 15 minutes for someone to take our order. When we finally got a staff member's attention, the service was brusque and lacking in hospitality. Our order was incomplete, with a portion of fries missing, and it took an additional 10 minutes for them to arrive. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing good service. We had to repeatedly request attention for basic tasks like clearing the table and getting the bill. Overall, it was a disappointing and overpriced dining experience with subpar food and poor service. This branch definitely needs to improve their customer service standards. We will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant to others.

The drinks and food were served relatively quickly, but the quality was average and underwhelming. It's best to keep your expectations low when dining here. The atmosphere was lackluster, with staff more focused on chatting amongst themselves at the service area. The primary reason for my negative review is the shocking service we received. After we finished eating, our plates sat uncleared for over an hour, and no one offered us dessert or checked on our satisfaction. It seemed like the young, inexperienced staff would rather be elsewhere. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant due to the disappointing service and lackluster dining experience.

Visited this GBK to celebrate my wife's birthday with family, but was extremely disappointed with the service and general lack of attention shown by the staff. Initially, our drinks order was taken fairly swiftly, but we had to wait a while for a staff member to take our food order. Once we had finished our meal we had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our plates to be cleared away, despite numerous attempts to attract the attention of staff even though it was not exactly that busy. I then had to go to the bar to order dessert, which turned out to be a real mistake, as the 12 beignets were delivered in a box with no chocolate sauce. Furthermore, they had clearly been just taken out of the fridge, so were not particularly enjoyable, and I had to go to the bar again to get the chocolate sauce which was very sparse. Certainly won't be going there again.

I got a takeaway from this restaurant and I ordered a chicken burger and when it came it was raw. It was dangerously pink and not cooked at all
