Cinnamon - Camden

I sat down to work on my laptop and ordered a coffee. After waiting for 10 minutes, the coffee finally arrived but I was informed that there was a no laptop policy in place and was told to put it away or leave. I decided to leave my coffee behind and leave without paying. The coffee was just as disappointing as the service.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. However, we were shocked to find that we were charged £30 for two scrambled eggs on toast and coffee, as well as an additional £3 for three slices of tomato. We expected to pay a premium in Camden, but this was ridiculous. We will be going back to Sam's for better value.

Such a cute brunch spot in a very sweet village. Amazing gluten free options, so many I couldn’t choose. Super friendly staff and delicious coffee!!

I came here for my family for brunch. After setting for 15 minutes waiting for our order we were told that we have to move to another table at the corner because they want to offer our table to a regular customer. The staff had an attitude and it was disgusting.

Came here after a recommendation. The vibe inside was super crowded and hectic with staff physically running around and shouting at eachother (particularly the female manager). We ordered juices and food. We were not even updated after 30 mins sitting there without receiving anything. Finally when we asked what’s happening, they asked us if we’d not received the juices yet because the machine is broken and I needed to order something else. They then bring me a juice only to take it away with no explanation (but I could see the woman aggressively shouting at the waiter that it wasn’t meant for my table). When we finally got the food it was delicious but the juice only arrived 10 mins into us eating at which point I was already parched. When the bill came they double charged the juice with hardly any apology and the manager was again aggressively shouting and pointed at my table showing that I do have juice, forcing me to have to gesture that I only got one not two. Overall the service was frazzled, unfriendly, disorganised, inefficient, borderline rude and made for such an unpleasant atmosphere in a place that otherwise has great food and looks nice. Won’t be coming back again with that staff there. Not worth it!
