What they actually mean is that they don't dump enough. Presented by the fact that I ordered food on the app that was not in stock to say that they are now making a fresh batch. lazy
Can't praise the staff enough, but the atmosphere wasn't great. The takeaway delivery workers were hustling the front of the counter and hassling the workers whilst keeping other customers at bay. When my order was called I had to reach over the heads of other customers because there was no way they were moving. The toilet was adequate, but tiny and a bit grotty as there is a seating area.
KFC basically stealing my money yet again. We ordered via deliveroo and I've removed a star for each item that was missing. Coleslaw missing from my wife's box meal, if you have none then just throw in a substitute trust me that's better than nothing! I also ordered 2 x garlic and 2 x Supercharger dips and only received one of each so that's £1 that I've been ripped off. KFC train your staff properly please, I won't be ordering a takeaway from here again and certainly won't be visiting in person. The food was fine but apart from being stone cold how bad can it get? it's not like it's being made from scratch every time. It may be fast food but there should be standards (i.e making sure the order is correct and complete) in any establishment charging customers for any service or product. Sadly KFC seems to have none. I've had the same thing happen when living in London at other KFC branches, it's very annoying!
This has got to be the worst KFC in the area with Huntingdon a close 2nd. Unexperienced miserable workers, Understaffed, Messy and Extremely Slow!! Glad that we didn't want to eat in as there wasn't a clean table available. Couldn't believe how it has changed over the years. Will not be returning in a hurry.
I ordered via the app and checked in just before entering the store. Despite having to wait almost an hour, I wad then informed that they didn't have enough chicken bites and that id I wanted then id have another 20 minutes to wait. How can they not be prepared for an order that was placed 30 minutes before I arrived and another hour before they served me. It's not even asd if they were busy, they're might have been 7 people come and go while I was there. Disgusted
