They are very friendly. Everytime you walk in always say hello. They make amazing food.

When you walk in you get the immediate feeling of family. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Sam and Mathew go above and beyond. I highly recommend them for any pizza occasion. They have handled it all from me. Dinners to birthday party's and even late night pizza table at my brother's wedding. They always arrive fresh and accurate. They have a fantastic driver who goes well beyond customer service and makes sure your satisfaction is priority. Also their boneless wings are amazing. Especially in the Buffalo sauce or house hot sauce.Parking: Tons of spots and openKid-friendliness: The owner always gives kids hi fives and interactive with them. Explaining how he makes there pizza and answering a million questions with a smileWheelchair accessibility: There is access from the end of the walk way.

Food is good, unfortunately won’t be ordering from here again.Worst service I’ve ever received. Ordered pizza at 5:25 pm and was told delivery would be in roughly 30 minutes. Called after an hour looking for an ETA and was told driver is out and it will be here soon.Called back at 7pm asking again where our food was, as it’s been over an hour and an half, and we were basically told too bad. “It’s Friday,” was what I was told after being given a 30 minute estimate for delivery.When I said I wasn’t paying $60 for a pizza that’s taken almost 2 hours to show up, they said they are just canceling my order.Absolutely ridiculous. I get that it’s a busy night, but don’t tell your customer it’s going to be 30 minutes, and then after and hour and a half cancel their order when they complain about how long it’s taking.I can get average pizza and be treated better as a customer anywhere else in town.Called Dominos (location literally 900m away from Tito’s) immediately after, got the same order for less (with promos) and it was at my door in 23 minutes.

Good pizza, but I will not come back!Because employees do not wear beard nets!I do not like whiskers in my pizza!
