Tim Hortons - Cambridge

Extremely bad experience the guy Jitendra and the girl around 5pm on Thursday were very inconsiderate. First they took my wrong order and then refused to help. Specially the girl was very adamant not to help.She was making faces and throwing I don’t care attitude that was really very rude. I returned my order they didn’t even care to replace. She clearly said I can’t help. Even though it was their fault not mine.After reading comments I am sure people are complaining about the same girl. I would never ever want to visit your place ever.The only good thing about this particular Tim Hortons is their manager Vasu. Wish he was around I am sure he could have helped but the girl and the guy Jitendra didn’t call him even when we insisted to meet him.I would never recommend Tim Hortons to anyone. Also now I realize why this place has so many negative reviews on google.Really bad experience!!

Disappointed with the drive thru lady. I Ordered 10 pack assorted timbits told her several times not put honey dip or birthday timbits in their but she did not listen. I will not be returning to this location again.

I absolutely love the dessert and drink options at Tim Hortons! Their donuts are always fresh and delicious, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The iced coffee and specialty drinks are a perfect treat, especially during warmer months. The consistency and quality of their desserts and beverages keep me coming back for more. It's a delightful place to satisfy my sweet cravings and enjoy a refreshing drink.

They don't have honey for tea or sell the yogurt and berries for breakfast. Disappointing as I'm wheat free and it's a chain. It should be the same across the province at

Pretty good location and food. There is a pretty long drive through queue line which often overflows in the morning (pretty typical for any Tim Hortons). Drive through is usually pretty quick, but if it gets really busy, it's hard to get a close parking spot because the drive throigh traffic blocks the close parking spots.This isn't necessarily the restaurants fault, just the layout of the shopping complex.
