They were talking to each other the whole time while making order… laughing and making comments about me and other people in store even after knowing i would understand their language. Made my order completely incorrect didn’t listen to a thing i was saying and also charged me wrong. When I questioned she just said i don’t know and started looking at the next person in line. Very very bad people working there! It ruined my whole day of work and would never ask anyone to go here!!
The Subway restaurant should update its opening and closing times on Google. The current schedule is inconsistent and can be confusing for customers.
Hello, today i visited this location. One indian girl was working I don’t know the name but her service was too good. I’m pure vegetarian and she was taking care of gloves, knife and everything even I didn’t ask her to do all of these but i was expecting this all. Service was really amazing. I didn’t got this type of service from any location of subway. Now i will be the regular customer of this location. Too good…
I placed TWO orders through UberEats for this restaurant, and BOTH times, they screwed up my order. I specifically clicked that I didn't want veggies on my sub and both times, I got veggies on my sub. I tried calling and was told there was nothing they could do because that's what the order said. Like, lady, that's what i'm trying to tell you. I DIDN'T click for that choice!Don't order from this location. The staff are incompetent.
We picked up subs for a late lunch one day. The subs were alright, but did have a generous amount of toppings. We ordered 4 subs. We were the only customer in the store, and I only noticed one delivery service order that was complete before we bégaie our order. This noted, it took well over 20 minutes to prepare our order. Selecting from the pre-existing menu (which I may add is quite impressive now! we thought that may expedite the process as we were not customizing the subs. We were still asked what kind of cheese, etc. Although I appreciate the attention to detail, it was quite frustrating that we kept requesting sandwiches to be made “exactly as it is described” and then be prompted with more questions, slowing down the sandwich making. On a positive note, although we did takeout, I did notice that the dine in area was very clean.
