Subway - Cambridge

Prepare to walk into a place where you're rushed out and feel like they are doing you a big favor. The woman who my made my sub today was wearing like 15 bracelets and every topping she added, the bracelets touched the sub. It was absolutely disgusting and I requested a new sub. They are so cheap on toppings.. when going into an establishment and the people who work are all speaking their language it's extremely rude and this is a constant at this location. I'm done going here after today's circus of events.

I've been to this subway over 5 times and feel ready to leave my review...90% of the time the staff are generally impatient, and un personable. It felt like it was a huge inconvenience for them when I specified the vegetables to put on my sub. Just unpleasant and then they have the gall to ask for a tip when you go to pay. A footlong turkey cost me like $15...They rush and seem stressed even when there are no other customers in the store.As far as sandwich construction goes they are pretty stringent on the veggies but added more onions when I asked. I didn't dare ask for extra cucumbers though. The sub is messy every time with the sauces oozing out because they hardly close the sub and put the sauce loosely on top of the vegetables!Overall 3/10!Please close your store and replace it with a Pita Pit thanks.

The worst service everThe girl who work in weekends should have more training the Indian girl specially I asked her name she denied me telling her name and they changed me extra for no reason I highly recommend everyone not to go there on weekends and the owner should be there to check what’s going onThey are very very rude to customersShe dropped my food in floor and when she was making another one the 6” was not even 4” the veg patty was bigger than the bread than I asked her to make me a foot long she didn’t reply me and made the food in angerI mean it’s not her home it’s Canada she should get a good training or better firePlease people don’t go there

Every other subway charges $6.75 for a 6 inch but this subway charges $9..95

I give this location a zero…. I thought subway was about having your sub made your way ? When did Subway turn into Quiznos ?My daughter wanted a salami kids meal sub. The girl out right refused to make it, told me to purchase a 6 inch sub if I wanted salami. I went to a subway in Paris and it was no problem. Rude and I won’t be back to a subway !Looks like this subway has a lot of 1 star reviews no surprise !
