Osmow's Grill - Cambridge

There was shrapnel of metal in my food. I called and was told to come back for a refund. I emailed head office but got no reply. Terrible service never eating here

Ordered 2 wraps. They were soggy and meat was not good. Also the men at the counter were talking bad about me and too busy checking out girls in the parking lot to make my order. Will not be returning

Chicken shawarma was turkey for sure, It was all dark meet not a piece of chicken breast in it. We are Lebanese from middle east and we know our shawarma... We are suppose to support this guy but yeah food was not good so sorry buddy for the bad review. I don't recommend it.

Pathetic service! Charged extra for mayo and very less chicken portion. I usually go to Waterloo store, they also give 10% additional discount on every purchase for students. Would not recommend this store for shwarma.
