Popular during summer! I'm recently addicted to the floats. Service is always slow because the line is so long, but the teens are nice enough. It always feels a tad grubby, probably only because the decor is decades old. I'll return because no choice love the ice cream.Parking: There aren't many spots, but usually people are gone after 20 minutes. There's more parking on a side street.

Picked up an ice cream cake , very tasty. But I think they should get rid of the blue icing on the cake. Got some on my top and couldn't get the blue dye out. Had to throw it out and I had just bought it. ?

Was very disappointed when paid $15 for a flamethrower burger that only differed from the Wendy's value burger with a small amount of somewhat spicy sauce (mayoracha?)The $5 poutine was a much better deal.The place could use a deep clean and more frequent attention the the tables and washrooms...though that could be due to limited staffing.

In-person service was abysmal (20+ minute wait for the food to be made incorrect and half the order missing) and the environment was unclean (mud on the floors, dead bugs in the windows). I will not be going to or ordering from this location ever again.

Ordered the special which was a cheeseburger combo. Honestly you definitely need 2 parties in these burgers. With one patty it tastes like a Mac Donald's burger. This time there was excessive mustard and I asked for extra extra pickles, only to get 3 on the burger. A bit unsatisfying but not then end of the world. I won't return for this special.Also note that I went to do the fan fave survey, only to be advised that since I had completed one in the past 15 days, I was not eligible to share my thoughts on the satisfaction on my burger. Their loss.
