The Taco Truck - Cambridge

The tacos here are incredible! I highly recommend them over the burritos.

I've been to the Taco Truck at Sowa Market several times, and I've consistently enjoyed their lighter menu options. My usual order is the carnitas tacos paired with a side of fried plantains. The tacos are juicy and flavorful without being overly greasy. The fried plantains are also delightful, offering a nice sweet contrast to the savory tacos. The staff is typically efficient, although the lines outside the truck can occasionally be quite long.

Fantastic service and delicious food! They were a bit short-staffed, so they graciously offered to cover the cost of my meal.

Another food truck has made the leap to a full restaurant! I swung by for some late-night snacks over the weekend. Although they don’t stay open quite as late as their neighbor, Tasty Burger, they still serve until 2 AM, which is fantastic. Their menu features a nice variety, including several vegetarian choices. I ordered the Torta and Elotes (corn) for my meal, and it came out surprisingly fast. The torta was packed with flavor and had a satisfying crunch from the bread. The corn was good, but not exceptional. Overall, I would definitely come back when I'm craving quick and delicious Mexican food.
