Pizza Hut - Cambridge

The food wasn't what, I ordered and when I called I got ung up on three times.put on hold for 42 minutes. When I opened the one box a bug came out.

Staff was great, food was great, and the staff working late had a great attitude. It was a clean space and very nice. Lady who served us was very nice and had a great attitude.

As my family and I were traveling and needed to stop and dine-in for a late dinner, the staff was kind, patient, attentive, and extremely friendly. The food was very delicious and we could tell it was made with love and care. We won’t forget how amazing our waitress was. Thank you so much!!

Ordered thin and crispy just to get an uneatable pizza the management refused to replace. Corporate was informed and I refused the free pizza because why would I want these people to touch my food?! I had to edit my good review for this.

I called and placed an order tonight and spent 73.00 The girl taking the order read it back to me with what I ordered and when we got the food they sent the wrong things and I called the store and they hung up on me then i called back and told them again and she got the manager and he hung up on me and never let me explain anything to him we called back from another number and told them the issue and they hung up so we called from a third number and we explained the issue and they put us on hold for 10minutes and we hung up and called back then they would not answer cause they have caller ID. They will not anwser any of the 3 numbers we call from. WORST EVER!!! WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN
