Geppetto - Cambridge

I really wanted to like this place! when I made my reservation, I noticed that it was our jubilee and no one in the restaurant recognized it. we asked if we could go to the bar to get a drink while we waited and we said that we were not because the bar was full. After we get four or five people from the bar down, we decided to venture up to see if there is a place for a drink. when we came down, the hostess made a sniffing sweat over us, sneaking them past to go up. I didn't know it was against the rules to check the bar above. our waitress was not friendly and openly rude. when I asked to order a drink that was not on the cocktail menu, we received a cured and unfriendly answer. Before I could change my mind and order something from the cocktail list, our waitress went away without saying anything, and never back to ask what we want from the drinks menu. when our appetizers arrived at our table, we had not yet asked if we wanted a drink, so I asked the person who brought our food to the table if we could order a drink. Finally we have our drinks (which were fantastic). that was okay. the service was poor and I don't think I'm going to go back there.

Ari has offered us an excellent service. she was very knowledgeable about the menu and did dinge before we ask a chance. the food tasted incredible and the menu is unique!

Eating and drinking were incredible! service was great, very friendly staff. great mood overall!

Eating was “other” in the best sense of the word. every dish was great. the pasta with shredded lamb was so unusually fabulous and that dessert was an aesthetic masterpiece that feeds easily 4 adult.

Service was excellent but the food was not worth the price.
