After I placed my order, the staff talked amongst themselves, joked around, filled online orders, and never so much as started on my order. When I had to go and asked for a refund, a staff member said my order was almost done, even though I could see they that they had not started my order and he was holding an empty pan.So I left with no food and no refund. Will try to dispute the transaction through the credit card company.
Wow, this location is fantastic! The flavors and spices are perfectly balanced. The garlic naan they provide is the greatest I've yet to eat. They have mastered making the naan because it is tender, juicy, and just a little chewy.I've already ordered takeout twice, and both times, the food was fantastic. When it comes to making the chicken really delicate, this establishment has it down.Overall, this location is great and is arguably among the top Indian eateries in the area.
Feels like a food court place. Not much for customer service. They want you to do everything on your phone. Menu, ordering, to go needs etc.Chicken Tikka Masala Meal--if you look at the picture, it looks like the rice is in the main entree section, taking up the most space. A smaller portion of Tikka Masala then I 'd hope for. The salad was a few cuts of lettuce from a bag, like a pinch, and a single onion piece. Nothing else. No dressing, no veggies. Just bagged lettuce salad pieces. Not worth the twenty minute wait at the empty restaurant. Trader Joe 's frozen tikka is muuuuuch better. This meal was on par with frozen tikka you can get at stop shop maybe...

Indo Chinese (Hakka) spot in a small food court adjacent to Harvard University. We visited this place after the Harvard Tour and we were so glad that we chose the right spot. The appearance of the store front may look deceiving but the food tasted way better. We order Hakka noodles, Triple Schewan fried rice, Bombay chilli chicken, Chilli Garlic Chicken, chicken Momo's. All tasted great except for the Momo's. Highly recommended after your Harvard Tour.
