Every tagine is delightful, and the appetizers along with the different couscous dishes are equally remarkable. The service is top-notch; the staff goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at home. You won’t be disappointed here. I highly recommend it, and I always look forward to coming back!
This restaurant is an absolute treasure. It offers some of the most delicious food I've ever had, and I've been going back for nearly 20 years. The stuffed eggplant, packed with fresh feta, olives, spinach, and peppers, is stunning, and the couscous is just right. The bastilla is exceptional, and the merguez is fantastic—let's not forget that enchanting lemonade! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making you feel like you've stepped into a home you never knew you were missing. Be sure to check out their 'new' location! I just visited and can't believe I waited so long to return.
I absolutely loved the food at this restaurant! The eggplant appetizer paired with za'atar bread was delightful, and the bastilla was fantastic. The chocolate cake was simply divine, and the crème brûlée was out of this world—just amazing! Everything was beautifully plated and incredibly delicious!
The food was excellent. Though the portions are small for the price. E.g The bread plates could have more bread. There’s one server, and I’m assuming one cook since orders were taking a long time to fulfill. Times are tough, so I can’t fault them for that.
Fantastic little gem in Cambridge! We happened to come on a night when there was supposed to be a snow storm and we the only ones in the restaurant! The host/waiter/assistant chef/owner(? was incredibly friendly and despite the fact that we were the only ones, he was in great spirits. He was very attentive and made great suggestions on what our group of 4 should order. We tried the Bedenjal Mechoui (not pictured , Zaatar Coca, Jbinet Kermous, Citrus Duck, Lamb Couscous (not pictured , and Chicken Tajine. Everything was incredibly delicious! I definitely recommend trying the Jbinet Kermous and Bedenjal Mechoui appetizers. The blend of cheeses offered with the Jbinet Kermous was delicious and the eggplant-based Bedenjal Mechoui was like an elevated version of Baba Ganoush. Absolutely delightful. Both of the entrees were great, as well. The portions were nice and the flavors were outstanding. Highly recommend checking this place out!
