Przekaż informację zwrotnąAs we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by dirty plates piled on tables, uncleared tables and 3 members of staff visible but paying no attention to greeting us. After 2 minutes I called out and the waitress approached from the back of the restaurant. She asked if we had a reservation (we did) and she said she would prepare our table. We had arrive at 19.05, our booking was at 19.15. There were, at most 6 customers so why wasn’t there a clean, cleared table? We ordered our drinks. She forgot our water. We asked for the water. She forgot the glasses. Every time we wanted to order food we had to shout across the restaurant. At one point, we asked one of the ‘chefs’ and she shouted across the restaurant to get the waitress to take our order. It was ridiculous! What ever happened to the order button pre-Covid: that system worked! The food was good The restaurant had no atmosphere We had to shout across the restaurant to pay our bill. It was my son’s birthday choice. We won’t be going again!
The food was lovely, but there was very little sushi on the conveyor belt and they won’t let you order sushi specifically? We waited 40 minutes without any sushi and weren’t allowed to ask for any. We paid and left and went somewhere else. Very disappointing
This wasn’t the best culinary experience ! The quality of the food was very poor and the prices too tight !!! Unfortunately the ramen that we have ordered wasn’t good either !
Always enjoyed Yo Sushi but today was disappointing. Extremely limited menu, hard rice in the avocado maki, my dish didn’t come as described and the miso soup was watery with no tofu which it’s always had before. Even the tap water was warm! Ate our two dishes and left!!
We have been to Yo! before, where you take your bowls and then wait for your server to come and price it up based on the colour of your bowls. Then you get a shock, if you haven 't noted down your spend.They have changed all this with Covid in mind. There is no 'button ' to call someone. We couldn 't actually get the Help to work online, but it didn 't matter.You have a row of LEDs on the end. You order via their website, which is easier than you think. The lights go amber when your order is being made and about to be put on the carousel. You get an email with your order so you can keep a tally of your spend.You see your food coming down the line and it 'breaks ' and stops by your table, and the light goes green IT 'S YOURS! Everything tasted super fresh. When you want more, you just order it on the website again, and if you pay with Apple Pay, no need to get your card out. It 's really easy.Yes it costs much more that Wasabi and places like that, but this is about the experience, and after a year+ of not eating out, this was sooooo good.
