My order was wrong and upon calling to make them aware of the mistake they did not answer

It's the second time I've been here and the second time I've been wowed by the portions and overall quality! Large cod (this thing was huuuuge! And only £2 more... you definitely get your moneys worth here!! It was so large, it had to be bent over in the equally as large recyclable takeaway box!Chip portion of small was also much larger than expected including the curry sauce which was equal to twice as much and half what I would normally pay. It goes to show, that we are getting so used to paying so much for shrunken down portions that when we get quality food for less and the portion sizes that should reflect the price, then these businesses will always be supported by their local community. Also, just to add in here, the staff were constantly cheerful and chatty to their customers, including me, rarity these days and warming to see. Thanks guys! P.s. I forgot to take a photo as I was so hungry and wanted to get it from the plate to my mouth ASAP!!

Ordered food, which consisted of a chicken burger. Morons at the restaurant who are about as useless as an Ashtray on a motorbike decided off there own back to put mayo and lettuce on it, don't like lettuce, can take that out, but when you allergic to egg, that's not good. Phoned up to complain, was told to get a refund through uver Eats abd to re order a chicken burger elsewhere. Absolute rude, arrogant and careless attitude. Not ordering again and suggest you don't either. Disgusting behaviour.

Customer service is terrible, I just called to place to order and they cut the phone on me because they’re too busy

Ordered food and the quality was shocking, hardly not fish just pure batter. Chips wasn’t very nice slightly cold! Considering how expensive it was just for cod chips, waste of money. This place has gone so down hill
