Tesco Cafe - Cambridge

The staff at this restaurant are truly incredible and friendly. The food is surprisingly high quality, far exceeding what you would expect from a typical supermarket café. Every time I visit, my meal is fantastic. However, during one visit, I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger, which was quite delicious but unfortunately tough to chew. I requested a replacement, but it was the same as the first one. Thankfully, a very understanding, calm, and patient staff member addressed the issue. Overall, the coffee, atmosphere, and service are outstanding, but I have to deduct a star due to the burger situation, even though the staff handled it well. I've done it!

This is a fantastic spot for coffee, lunch, or a quick bite to eat. The employees are friendly and hardworking, always prioritizing high-quality service. It can get quite busy on the weekends, but that just speaks to how popular this place is!

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly, with three of them having received customer excellence awards. The café itself embodies excellence, offering outstanding food and beverages, including coffee, hot chocolate, and a variety of teas, including crimped teas. The cakes and scones are delicious, and they serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks. There's also a great selection of children's punch boxes. It's a fantastic spot where you can use your laptop and connect to Wi-Fi. The manager, Michael, is excellent and maintains a great rapport with his staff, especially during busy periods.

Was in pastness here and not rated it due to eating and personal, but today I would rate it more than 5 stars if I only received from the service we received from haley. she is a complete credit to her personal, she was very welcoming and friendly and really wanted to have exactly what we wanted, so took the time to change items on my breakfast and add how I cooked like my speck etc. each customer was greeted by her left with a smile as she is so smiling and friendly
