Reys - Cambridge

We had a meal before starting a friends hen party, all the chicken was perfect they had homemade BBQ and hot sauce which was amazing. They have a separate gluten free fryer which my coeliac friend loved (apparently not many places do that) small veggie option but it catered for us all and we all loved it!

We were taken to our table quite quickly but unfortunately the prompt service ends here. We waited for more than for our food whilst other tables who arrived much after us were served. After realising that they forgot our order, they then told us it would arrived shortly but it was still a further wait. After served our food, I also had to ask for ketchup times. We weren't served water nor did they check in on us to see if we enjoyed the food even though they asked other tables. The food was mediocre and nothing special. They tried to redeem by giving us a discount but it was not enough for us to go back. Save your time and go to Nandos, you'll get more for your money and leave happier.

Great food, great beer,good location for theatre and shopping, friendly atmosphere. Mind your head when going to the loo.

Booked last minute for people. Food was great, quick, great service from attentive staff. Would recommend nice, easy going atmosphere in centre of Cambridge City.

We had booked to eat in the short time between rehearsal and performing at a concert. When we arrived there was no record of our booking, and we were anxious because there was nowhere else available at short notice. The manager was extremely helpful, found us a table and promised rapid service We were not disappointed: food arrived very quickly, it was absolutely delicious (one of us had half a chicken, one a salad), just the right size and the prices are very reasonable We will certainly return to Reys and recommend it to our friends.
