Pizza Hut - Cambridge

Family birthday meal for my year old great neice I will never go back food wasn't great meal turned up minutes after everyone else's drink never arrived when we inquired the staff at the bar were rude tables were left dirty...all around us our table wasn't even ready when we arrived they shoved tables together and one of the tables was extremely uneven we had to complain and did get money off but seriously avoid this place oh and when you book a table you'd think they would inform you it's now a cashless restaurant but no they didn't. Understaffed which is not their fault but badly managed

A friendly welcome and, I think, Pizza Hut is being realistic about shortages in having only a limited menu. At least this is honest and customers know where they stand. We dined in because the voucher we were using cannot be redeemed online. So it...was unfortunate that we could not use it because orders inside the restaurant have to be made by customers that way. Our food was fine and hearing The Human League and other bands could have been great. But I was in a restaurant rather than a disco and the volume did not suit my view of what was appropriate or comfortable for that venue.

Dined at the restaurant today after I asked my year old son what he wanted for dinner and asked ever so politely for pizza. So since we were near to Pizza Hut I thought perfect, I loved this place as a kid myself. This...visit had five particular highlights … Being ignored for minutes as we waited for a table. There were two servers in the bar area and granted they were making drinks but they didn’t even have the courtesy to greet us and ask if we could wait. Instead they tried to avoid any eye contact with me as if I was their ex. When eventually spoken to by the manager and asked for a table he made it sound like he couldn’t fit us in and there was no room. The place was half empty! However … The other half of the tables were piled high with previous customers dinners they hadn’t bothered clearing up. Made a school dinner hall look more desirable. Nonetheless my little boy was so excited to have pizza I persevered. I asked for a highchair for my year old and the manager made it seem like I’d asked the world tutting and rolling his eyes. I’m unsure how he expected my toddler to sit and eat but nonetheless his reaction certainly didn’t help me feel like a valued customer. Having a view of the remnants of a previous banquet for the duration of our dinner (hour and half). One of the waitresses went to clean it up, took a few plates then must have been overwhelmed with the thought of having a clean restaurant and left the remainder there. The manager wasn’t phased either, walking past it constantly throughout. He must promote uncleanliness and is trying to create the perfect COVID storm. After all who doesn’t want to isolate for days after their Pizza Hut experience. The food was either cold or flavourless. Rest assured I won’t be going again and find it impressive that Pizza Hut are still in business.

We were served the wrong pizzas they were also cold,when given new pizzas they were also cold.my daughter had a hair in her pizza;when i complained to staff they rolled their eyes

We recently visited this restaurant and we couldn’t be any more disappointed. We remember this restaurant as a happy staffed and clean place as a childhood but now there is not one positive thing about this. Staff didn’t want to help, we had to ask...to be seated, no clean cutlery and the drinks we had to ask for glasses, when we asked they rolled there eyes at us. The environment is dirty inches worth of dust on the furniture and plates, cups and cutlery were disgusting. NEVER RETURNING AGAIN!!!
