English, but his wife does it. inadmissible: sweet and acidic pork (not as you think) french; salt pepper sprays/prawn; marinated bark, huh with roasted rice vermicelli.
Delicious food (the sweet and sour booze is amazing). eating comes fast and is very good price. also very close to the city that is beautiful when they want to go later or meet friends centrally.
They can ignore all previous reviews as the lan hong has been under new management since juli this year (I think). gone is the cheap n happy buffet; they now pay £8.50-£10.50 for each dish, only some of them contain rice (and most include...meat,) but the portions are large and the quality is excellent. two people could easily share a meat dish, a sweet dish and a part of a rice. I can especially recommend the roasted aubergine potato, and the grilled pork noodle (tip: ask for the chili sauce and add a spoon to the soy sauce-acetic combination that comes with the dumplings). this device takes only cash, and the next cash machine is in tesco express on the east road, so they come best prepared!
Amazing, authentic Chinese food repeat visitors. good service with a wide menu at affordable prices.
Their food isn't the best Chinese but it's good compared to the price as most Chinese places are overpriced with bad quality. Only thing I didn't like was that there was two menus, one for Chinese people and one for the others. I mean I...would like to try authentic Chinese dishes!
