However, this year there is a new team and we had a really excellent meal. Juicy prawns in very easy to start crispy tempura... Follow a very nicely seasoned Guinea-Fowl in a morel sauce and a delicious desert of Puff pastries, strawberries and cream. All for 38€ including wine and coffee. A nice evening.
We were served by a charming French woman who was so welcoming. The set menu was varied and exciting and we enjoyed all 3 courses! Our family has been here for years and I can see why!
The four of us took the gastronomic menu, which is a 4-course menu with several choices for each cursor. we chose coquilles, fois gras, ris d 'agneau, filet pur, obst fondue and baked. as they can see, all very traditional meals. none of the courses...was the best we ever had, but everything was done very well so that the menu as a whole was high in our experience. taking into account the price of 36€, this is worth a 5* revision.
A restaurant that is known for its foie gras, and here also advertises for her expressions. On the map, the foie gras was prepared in three ways. Unfortunately, this appetizer and other dishes on the menu are not available. We got the fried foie gras...but the entourage of the dish did not fit there. It was a disappointment. Despite all recommendations we didn 't think when shall we eat here again?
The breakfast was ok but anything goes with the option to make your OJ into a mimosa. The Inn Keeper was new, I am sure they will have the kinks out of the culinary selection..
