Starbucks - Camarillo

Staff is friendly and they get my order right, drinks are good. Parking isn't great, so park across in the next lot. Drive thru gets packed at certain times of the day- layout not designed for the anticipation of popularity of Starbucks..it's a Starbucks they usually are poppin' lol.

Very kind and professional staff good coffee and drinks would recommend.

Ya so since when does a Starbucks tell you there is milk in a drink when a customer walks in to get a drink corrected saying there is no milk in it?! I thought Starbucks was the 2000s store that reestablished customer service? You need to loose the attitude chicka and just recognize you were wrong straight cold brew no flavor no milk when we ordered a sweet cream oatmilk cold brew. Thanks to the dude who fixed our drink, tip of hat!

I pre ordered for mobile pickup via drive thru since I had my kiddos with me. It took more than 15 minutes to get to the window to get my drink. It was 1 drink. (2 times before this my order was made wrong) We were late for gymnastics ??????????? oops. Thx for the great coffee though. We all have a bad day every once in awhile

I went to this location this morning at 4:45 a.m. and the employee, Miss K, made my venti latte drink incorrectly. When I asked her to remake it, she was rude to me. I explained the situation to the manager on duty, who was polite and corrected my order. However, Miss K needs to be retrained on how to properly do her job and how to treat customers with respect. I will not be returning to this location again.
