Przekaż informację zwrotnąIt makes me so sad to write this... I don't know what happened to this place the last year... but they need to shut there doors... not only are the ladies behind the counter rude and unprofessional... the sandwiches are **** these days with no meat! The WORST part is, THEY DONT WASH THERE HANDS OR WEAR GLOVES!! I witnessed a worker handle the cash register and then a few minutes later making a sandwich WITHOUT washing her hands or wearing gloves! The sandwiches these days are tiny with no meat on top of it... I don't know if new owners took over but this place IS NOT what it used to be... even all my neighbors and friends have had bad things to say about this place recently... it used to be amazing years ago...
Great spot for sandwiches. Incredibly friendly staff, exactly the type of place you'd want to grab a lunch sandwich. We tried the tritip and Italian sun and both were delicious. I assume other less favorable reviews are due to prices (it is on the pricey side) but I'd rather pay a few bucks more to support a local business than at a Jersey Mike's or the like.
The sammy's were good however I asked to use the restroom, I was told the owner would not allow the restroom to be used due to covid. I told the workers it's against the law to not allow a person to use the bathroom due to new laws this year for anyone with a medical condition, which I have interstitial cystitis. Nope not allowed. Does anyone know a good ADA attorney? This is not cool.
They make sandwiches like they don't know how. Flavorless lettuce, ie oil, vinegar, some spices or something instead of boring shredded head lettuce. The deli meats are overall too salty.Bottom line, Nothing Special. Dry sandwiches are their specialty.
So I used to love Lombardo 's sandwiches. They had love as a side ingredient available. But I am done with them: They have become inconsistent in sandwich quality...some days it 's full of meat, some days not.Why IS consistent is the fact that their deli counter workers DON 'T WASH THEIR HANDS OR WEAR GLOVES to prepare your meal. They go from writing your order down to directly grabbing your bread and making it.Not only is this unsanitary, it is against the law.I have had to ask for them to wash their hands and/or use gloves. They looked at me like this was a completely new concept.Lombardo 's: Do yourself a favor and train your staff before the Health Department pays you a visit.
