"The experience with ordering from this cafe leaves much to be desired. Multiple times I 've placed online orders, expecting a swift delivery within the specified time. However, upon arriving on time, I found my order being prepared right in front of me. The lack of respect for the customer 's time undermines the whole purpose of the online ordering service. Hopefully, they improve their organization in the future.
Every time I bring my EBT card it always declines when Laura is there but when other workers ring up my card it works something wrong with that manager she’s very slow and walks alway every time am half way telling her my order bad
Yummy. I was a little disappointed that they forgot to give me utensils for my rice bowl. I made chop sticks out of straws I had in my car.
Bad customer service, small uncomfortable waiting area, food takes forever to come out , bad management.
