Del Taco - Camarillo

I usually enjoy my Del Taco dining experience, but I was disappointed when I arrived to order and found that the restaurant was completely out of condiments that are essential to my meal. Despite this, I had already placed my order and when I reached the window to pay, I was informed of the situation. I would have gone elsewhere if my food hadn't already been prepared, but I accepted it to avoid wastage. In the future, they should communicate this issue before customers order.

The food was served cold and the tables and floors were dirty. There was only one person taking orders for both the drive-thru and dining room, resulting in long lines. This is the worst Del Taco I have ever been to, especially due to the terrible fries. They were overcooked in dirty oil and had a terrible taste.

This store is horrible. We've received our order wrong several times. The last couple times we went, the food was just gross. Cold fries, soggy fish with way too much sauce (when I asked for no sauce) How hard is it to serve hot crispy fries? This placeis disappointing to say the least. Don't waste your money!

SEPTEMBER 25, 2022 at 12:10am There hours of operations are open till 2am on Sunday. There was 2 cars parked and there was 2 employees inside. They were lazy and NOT WORKING THE DRIVE thru!!!! I even got out of my car and shouted inside the cracks asloud as I could. It was 12:10am when I pulled up to the drive thru and 2 other cars where there too. THOSE LAZY EMPLOYEES SHOULDGET FIRE!! HERE THE PICTURES OF THE CARS JUST MILKING THE CLOCK AND NOT DOING THERE JOB!! WHEN I PURPOSELY PULL UP INFRONT OFTHE STORE WITH MY HEADLIGHTS ON SO IT SHINE THREW THE STORE THENNNNN THEY MAGICALLY TURN OFF THE LIGHT!!! WHO EVER WORK ONSEPTEMBER 25 2022 Sunday 12:15am SHOULD GET FIRED ASAP!!!!

I went and ordered snack tacos on Taco Tuesday. Unfortunately, most of my tacos lacked lettuce and were not as advertised. I was very disappointed with my experience this time. I also asked for my nachos to have the toppings on the side to prevent my chips from becoming soggy, but the team members ignored my request. I paid $30 for a terrible experience. I caution others that the staff does not seem to care about the quality of the products they serve to customers.
