Restaurante Por Mi Barrio - Camaná

It was a pleasant experience overall. Nice outdoor seating area for people-watching although my wife and I ate indoors to get a break from the heat), good location close to the waterfront, nice food, good service. It was quiet inside in terms of the amount of occupied tables, but it was before 5pm on a Tuesday, so not exactly prime time. Menu has something for most people, prices aren 't bad for Brooklyn, although a caesar salad salmon), regular burger, and two sodas, came to about $50, which isn 't inexpensive for a casual dinner. My only mark against the restaurant is that I was accused by OpenTable via email later in the evening of missing my reservation. When you miss a reservation, it can adversely affect the restaurant. So we kindly ask that the next time you need a rain check, please do what you can to cancel the reservation. I arrived 15 minutes early and informed the hostess that I had made a reservation online. If they didn 't check me in, that 's on them, maybe check with me what happened before trying to make me feel guilty for inconveniencing the restaurant.

The food and options were really, really superb. We enjoyed our cocktails, appetizers, wine and meal. All really good! Service was outstanding! Our server was quite busy, yet never neglected us, and understood that we were in a relaxed mode so no rush needed. He got everything right. The serving team did really well, for sure. Been there many times for business lunches and casual lunch. Always a great option.
