Le Patio Pizzeria - Calvi

Don't get me wrong, the pizza is excellent here. pasta on the other side not so much. even if not hectic, we were offered another meal and had to collect parmesan himself before the meal went cold.

8 o'clock on Thursday night, we thought it was a good time to decide for an evening meal to have missed the local supermarkets. with some vegan / vegetarian in our group meant our choice of ice cream reduce the opt ions, supplement that we. a little more than pizza for 6 desired. this place seemed to cover many bases, so we dared one. during the 15 minutes waiting to be asked if we want a drink, we have met our meal options to speed up the dinge and just as we thought we were reappearing on our waitress. We ordered to stay in drinks and food. it is not the best time to read the previous TripAdvisor reviews. hmm also not all rave reviews. Anyway, 10 minutes later, when our drinks did not appear, the waitress came back to tell us that two of the drinks were not available and could we remind them of our food order! Maybe we should have stayed at this point! we were betting when our meal would arrive and they showed up in the hour since they arrived. we had ordered two veggie burgers, two replacement ribs, which are coated in honey glaze, one without and one penne arribeatta. I mention them to better describe what actually happened. now, the veggie burger had a basic of real frozen vegetables with goat cheers on the top with salat and gurke, all in the driest of burger bungalow. the ribs, the two sorts were the same (we paid extra for the glazed also) and the crowning glory was the arribeatta. that had so much chili in it, it annoyed the lips of all who tried to talk about diversity, to be the spicy of life. to put the spicy in a court is so wrong! it took another 20 minutes to get our bill before we get a stressy (sic) out. now I don't get wrong, the waiters worked like trojaner, the cook must have done its piece too, to get the meal out, but the pizza cook had no customers for most of our time there, but never helped. I would recommend to people to go there, no, the service is slow, the food passable if they put their expectations on the floor level, the drink selection is half of it on the menu and the koss is flatter than the salt flags of ohio. don't waste your time. unless they have time to waste

Great food, nice service, half of the prices from the Calvi port or center. Highly recommended molles and pizza chevre.

Eating disappointed, especially the wok. We went for an article on the menu outside, which obviously outdated, and they had a list of other foods not available, so make sure they have what they want before they decide to stay. and. indicates that they cannot pay with credit card. on the top was the location (the terrace) nice.

There are 4 restaurants located on this raised square off of the main street. We did look around and judged this one to be the cleanest, most promising looking. I wish I had consulted TripAdvisor before eating here, but it was late on a busy...Friday and we were starving and had no reservations. Our waiter was friendly enough at first. We got drinks promptly and that was it. The menus took a long time, the waiter took a long time to come back to us, and the food took a very long time. We suspected that there was a misunderstanding about our wanting all of the food at once, but looking at the reviews now, I'm guessing that it's just a hard thing for them to accomplish. After 1 hour and 10 minutes (yes, that long), we finally got our mains. By then, almost the entire restaurant had turned over; people who came after us had finished and were paying and leaving. During this time, we asked the waiter what was happening to our food, and he snapped, It's arriving After that, a man I think was the manager looked agitated, came to our table, and said he'd get our food. He did, and later he came by with what I assume was an apologetic limoncello, but the evening was pretty much ruined. I liked my pizza, but the rest of the family didn't like their food at all. And I agree with the reviewer who said the house wine was bad; it was. There was one good point: they had the only WCs I've ever seen with art in them, and they were very clean. In general, my advice about this one is: keep on walking.
