This Starbucks has AWESOME staff! EVERYONE has a smile, they are always in good mood, with customer service and manners. I love how well this group of young people work together. I have come to often expect this level of customer service from young ladies, but the young men here provide an equally extraordinarily positive experience. I come in almost every weekday morning and see Kenny always so busy making sure the store is well stocked and things are moving smoothly. BJ and Jamel welcoming customers warmly and take orders so efficiently, while Raina and Delisa make drinks with speed and perfection. Last but certainly not lease Brandon is the best at making sure customers get their orders IN HAND, with a smile and a kind word to send you on your way to fight whatever the work week throws at you. This staff makes you feel so special like their only customer!! I'm proud of these young men and women.

Nice , seemingly clean establishment. Lots of traffic but in and out. The music is way too loud for this to be a coffeeshop. Its bothersomely loud. The workers are yelling across the kitchen at each other, laughing talking loudly, drinking coffee! lol wow.. I ordered a Blonde Vanilla Latte, the cashier got my name completely wrong (I know that goes without staying but.. my latte was made perfectly.. Go figure.

Every time I come here in the morning I am disappointed. Last time I went through I asked for coconut milk in my coffee and they poured 2/3 coconut milk and 1/3 coffee. When I asked them to remake it the barista rolled her eyes. This time around I got the same drink I always get at other starbucks, and the coffee either has gone bad or they put raspberry syrup in it. The coffee tastes completely off and I'm not even going to try and finish it. To me, the fact that they're fast is completely over shadowed by the inability to make a decent drink. Normally I only come here when L'Enfant Plaza coffee is down, but next time L'Enfant is down I think I'll just skip my morning cup of joe instead. No caffeine is better than terrible caffeine.

Order ahead always. Right off metro. If not you WILL wait. Fast service.
