I requested to reverse and re-ring and he said “the transaction is complete” in an attempt to waive me off. So I asked for my receipt to take it up with support, which he initially didn’t give me. Overall messy, rude, abrupt, and bad experience. I normally avoid Starbucks but had a physical gift card.
Slow service ! This Starbucks is always busy . Two people working. One making drinks who makes zero contact with people standing at register .Second person stays in the back putting food away .What happened to the great crew !?!?

I just wanted to say thanks to Tara and Avian. They provided a glimmer of Starbucks of old: back when it was a place of warmth and friendliness and cozy drinks and samples, all in the same visit.My experiences at other SBUX in the DMV have been mostly mediocre to adequate, (to be clear, this location is always good tho)so it was very refreshing to see two warm and friendly faces during a break from a long, complicated workday.Thank you so very much!!
Every single time i come here the baristas have a really bad attitude and act super aggressive. Finally i have completely given up this location. One in foxhall makes better drinks and are always friendly. Such a bummer.
