Ramen By Uzu - Calumet-Norvelt

The place is in a food hall so it's a short walk to locate it. Ordering and customer service was easy and great. Food didn't take long and tasted like authentic ramen. I went to Japan two months ago and the Raman was similar. Kudos will return. Seating was for any food you have gotten from any where do seating wasn't a problem. Inside or outside and even on the roof.

Worst ramen I have ever had and I eat A LOT of authentic ramen. Everything tasted off the chicken, broth, vegetables, and the egg was basically almost completely raw. ? My stomach hurts now.

Good ramen hands down! The bone broth is rich with flavor and the pork was tender yet delicious. Amazing flavor profile all around.

Spicy Miso ramen was incredible. Noodles were perfectly cooked, broth was super tasty/flavorful/rich, and the service is incredible. Hiro and Co. Are the best! Go get Uzu any time you can!Vegetarian options: They have vegan ramen!
