Nando's Peri-peri - Calumet-Norvelt

2 things were missing, got a wrap instead of a burger and the food was cold… sorry to say but I will not order from Nandos again :

Skip this Nando’s. Service was terrible. Ice maker broke had to walk upstairs. Waited over 30 minutes for food. After asking was told another 15 minutes. Staff couldn’t be bothered. Wasn’t even busy. Thought I was in the twilight zone. Requested a refund and left.

Horrible experience ordering in app and had to wait for 45 mins

Ordered sangria, 15 minutes in they said that they are “out of brandy” took them 10 minutes to refund. Wanted a gelado but they were also out :

Wasn’t busy when there but watched my food get cold on the counter. When the lazy employee finally grabbed my food he stopped in the middle of the restaurant to speak with two different parties before finally bringing my food. He was waving my bowl of chips around within 18 inches of these random people. What is funny is he was wearing a Covid mask but was okay putting my food in the face of other customers. Food 2/10. Service 0.01/10. Avoid! Chicken Rice Chips all cold.Went back again thinking it was just a bad day. Nope, just POS employees! Cold food, and slooowwwww service. AVOID at all costs.
