Had a great birthday experience at minibar! Excellent service and tasty food.

We had an incredible and memorable time at minibar. The entire experience is curated to provide the guest with a truly surreal dining experience. The food was creative and delicious. More importantly, the staff—to include the chefs—were kind, professional, and eminently approachable. We hope to make it back one day.

What an exceptional experience. As many other reviewers have mentioned, this is like dinner and a show. We were delighted to enjoy front row seats to the chefs’ craft. And the food was exquisite, creative, and (obviously) tasty. The team and chefs were absolutely superb. They were gracious, accommodating, approachable, and patient. And the above and beyond touches of care, from customizing my drink selection for the evening to remembering details specific to us, makes the Minibar team’s hospitality unparalleled. Minibar is fortunate to have such excellent individuals serving under its name, and it was a spectacular treat for me and my husband to enjoy the evening with their assistance. We are already itching to return.

I visited minibar by José Andrés to celebrate my anniversary with my husband, and this place truly excels in creating a magical and unforgettable dining experience. The customer service is outstanding, making us feel special from the moment we walked in. The time flew by because we were having such an incredible time. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The experience at the counter with a small group of people made it even more enjoyable and intimate. One of my favorite parts was that we prepaid for dinner, so we didn't have to deal with the check at the end of the meal. For me, this is a fantastic service and added to the overall great experience.
