This would be the perfect combination: location, atmosphere, service but we stumbled on food. We have been to Italy so many times and we enjoy the Italian cuisine. The oysters (nothing Italian there) were perfect. But then but I (Calamari in their special sauce) and my wife (a branzino simple) were the worst high quality priced we 've ever seen. For me, I had to stop eating not to barf. The oily and the poor taste given by the house sauce could not be something so non Italian that I almost wanted to ask for the chef. It was such a shame for a perfect night, otherwise.

My boyfriend and I went for our birthdays and we had a wonderful time here. The service and food were exceptional. They made us feel very special here.

This place is old tired and food is nothing to write home about how is this still a thing.

Wine list was massively overpriced. Food was good but not special , which you wouldnt expect from a place touted as one of the best in Georgetown. We were expecting a wonderful experience and instead felt rushed by the staff to get out and free the table up for the next victim. IMO much better restaurants in Georgetown try Martin’s Tavern , now that is excellent.
