A Luke warm greeting by a host that was busy checking his phone. Our waitress asked me about allergies. Despite me telling her I can't have dairy, it was completely ignored from the bread we were offered to the lack of guidance on the menu to the food we received. I even specifically asked for no cheese on a dish and it came out with cheese.

Father's Day brunch was just ok for me. I ordered from Brunch menu item Cacio e Pepe soft scrambled eggs. I received not soft eggs but over cooked (separated) and dry, grilled focaccia also dry NO black truffle béchamel on the focaccia bread.

This place has really fallen off. Went last night for dinner at the bar and was disappointed to find the entire bar sticky and uncleaned. The food was rather unremarkable which is a change from previous experiences at F&O. Also, the bartender decided to clean the entire bar right after our entrees were served, including spraying an industrial cleaner that we could actually taste after he applied it. Not sure what he was thinking. Hope they return to their old standards as it was always a reliable choice.

Food overall was great as pictured and the taste as expected HOWEVER, The waiter named Felix was a terrible waiter that even though there were two people who came after us and ordered after us we got the food the latest I feel like he did that on purpose or it was a mistake. I approached him and he ADMITTED then it was a mistake. I’m not sure why he did not tell us up front to us about it when our food was served next table but he had us wait 40 minutes for our main food to come out. Food was great however I did not like his service at all. I would not recommend anybody to go to the restaurant IF he’s there on site because he even brought out my child’s chocolate milk after half an hour after he realized it lol. Restaurant manager, she needs to do better. I don’t mind paying for food at all but the service sucked. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday awesome Felix!

Beautiful interior except the overhead lights were blinking as if the dimmer setting wasn't on correctly. We did ask the host (very nice) if there was a way to remedy and she said unfortunately no. Food was delicious. Our server was attentive, but asked for a cash tip before we were finished with dessert. They seemed to be rushing us out before we were finished. Plates were cleared before we were finished with them. Drinks came 15 mins after our food came. Very nice people but not a super smooth operation overall.
