White Picket Fence - Caloundra

We recently visited Caloundra's top-rated cafe, and it was absolutely delightful! The cafe has a cozy, trendy, and natural ambiance, filled with plenty of plants, painted brick walls, and comfy cane furniture. We adored the aesthetic both inside and out. There’s also a beautifully painted memorial wall that’s perfect for cafe selfies. The staff were lovely, the coffee was excellent, and the mouthwatering breakfast burgers on the menu were a standout. We will definitely be returning to this spot on our next visit to Caloundra! **Our Recommendations:** We couldn't really think of anything to improve—perhaps some vegan aioli sauce options? Aside from that, the cafe and its current menu were fantastic! **Kiki's Selections:** - *The Incredible 'Hash Brown' Burger* - Two hash browns, tomato, bacon, avocado, lettuce with house-made aioli, served with a side of sweet potato fries (LF, GF) for $17 (minus aioli) and a vanilla latte. - *The Greeky Benny's Eggs* - Two poached eggs, shaved leg ham (or smoked salmon for $4), house-made hollandaise served on a burger bun (double option available, GFO) for $22 with a caramel latte. **Our Guest's Picks:** - Kids' egg and bacon on toast - Chicken, avocado, and cheese toastie with potato chips - Benny's Eggs with sunny-side-up eggs **Rating (out of 10):** - Food Presentation: Very appealing, 7.5/10 - Food Taste: Delicious and very tasty, 8/10

During our trip to the Sunshine Coast, we were on the lookout for some delicious dining options. After doing some research beforehand, I came across several places, including the White Picket Fence Cafe in Caloundra. Situated on a quieter stretch of Bulcock Street, which is the main shopping area of Caloundra, we were fortunate to find street parking just a short walk from the cafe.

The vibrant colors, fresh flowers, and beautifully arranged fruits create an inviting atmosphere. **Taste and Texture: 4/5** The overall balance of texture and flavor in the café meals is quite good. While I've had better meals elsewhere, I still find myself returning here regularly. **Selection: 5/5** The menu offers a great variety without being overwhelming, ensuring there's something for everyone. **Atmosphere: 5/5** The ambiance is friendly, stylish, and has a relaxed beachy vibe, perfect for a casual outing. **Coffee: 4/5** The coffee is nice and up to par with expectations. It’s good, but nothing particularly exceptional. **Price: 5/5** The prices are reasonable and align well with the quality and quantity of food provided.

Was an ok breakfast. Ordered the chilli crab scramble, which was nice but it really wouldn't hurt to butter the sour dough toast, they were rock hard. The kiddies pancake was a great size and both kids enjoyed the waffle fries. We couldn't finish so asked for a take away box and they added a small container of mayonnaise without us asking. Great service, nice cafe atmosphere, coffee was good.

I love this place. The outdoor seating is so charming and perfect for a girl’s brunch, with pink walls and sunny atmosphere. The coffee is divine and the food is absolutely wonderful. They kindly put a plate of sides together for me when I asked!
