Sweet As Cyn Coffee House Donuts

Amazing local coffee and donut shop! also breakfast, lunch and dinner. so much love is in what they serve the costumers.

Good baked goods with very friendly and accomodating staff. A bit obscure to find of your not looking for a completely blacked-out building so just be aware it's a very short drive North on US1 from SR200/301. So short maybe only ⅒mi on the right. If you get to the 1st light you've JUST passed it. Also have to park directly behind the building but don't worry bc you can walk right in the back door.

Great little spot to relax and get some amazing breakfast items and everything is cooked to order. Coffee drinks are great too!

This was the best waffles I ever ate. Thick, light and fluffy. Great taste and done to perfection. I will return. The other pic is of a pecan sweet roll. I'm sure that's just as good.

Really nice chicken salad in bowls or cups. Also offer croissant but I don't care for them . . Donuts went to the house, let's just say none were thrown out!!
