Yegna Ethiopian Cuisine - Calgary

Really good food. good portions. the woman who help us was really nice! we also really enjoyed the tradition aesthetic and interior design. we ordered the meat combination with a side of kitfo for 4 people and we couldn't finish it.

We visited from out of town and stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant. It was well-lit with seating for around 60 people. You need to check their online menu for ordering. The server was helpful and we decided to order the combiboard. It was delicious but extremely large, we could only finish about half of it. The other patrons were welcoming and kind, creating a beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend Yegna.

I recently dined at a fantastic Ethiopian restaurant in Ethiopia. The atmosphere was wonderful, with beautiful art and furniture. The food was absolutely delicious and unique, unlike anything I've ever tasted before. The chef really knows their stuff! We ordered a lot of dishes, including the massive bark rib which we had to take home because it was so filling. The prices were very reasonable considering the generous portions and high quality of the food. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant regularly and would recommend it to anyone looking to try something different from the typical Canadian cuisine. The dishes are perfect for sharing with a group and would be great for a party.

I recently dined at Yegna for the first time and it was my first Ethiopian dining experience. While I am not an expert in Ethiopian cuisine, I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and the food was delicious. I opted for the plate for two, which was a fantastic value at $50 and could have easily fed four people. Ethiopian dining involves eating with your hands, which provides a unique culinary experience. I highly recommend Yegna for those looking for a unique dining experience, a fun atmosphere, and tasty and unique food.

Delicious food, attentive service, warm atmosphere, good value. We'll definitely be back. We had the vegetarian combo for two, it was a nice selection.
