Wendy's - Calgary

Mobile order wasn’t working for deal to no avail. Went inside and was helped by a really nice guy named Sonny. He missed something in my order and made me it right away at no charge as well. Amazing prompt service Thankyou.

It was my first visit to the store and turns out will be the last one for the wendy’s! Worst service the girl taking my order wasn’t paying any attention neither was well informed about the menu. They got my order right the third time when I literally lost my appetite. I asked for a junior cheeseburger deluxe without meat but got it with meat and the second time around they gave it to me with no cheese in it the girl who took my order didn’t even want to admit that she was wrong!

I've been here a few times on my break.. The food is definitely always hot and tastes great.. I have more often than not had sub par experiences ordering my food. One lady sounds like a robot and thought I was a different person ordering half way through what I was saying.. Another gave me the total and asked me to drive up before I was even done ordering.. They also forgot my JBC last time I went.. I know mistakes happen and I can be understanding as I have worked in the industry.. But I was really looking forward to that JBC.. I only get 30m for lunch and I was already driving back when I realized.. Sad Panda..

Drive through rep starts by saying “Hi”, nothing more just HI. Not “how can help you” or “hi can I take your order” just Hi. Poor customer service. Then I order a junior hamburger, no onions and then I say and no cheese which she replies with it doesn’t come with cheese I say great. Get all the way home and guess what?? There is CHEESE on my burger!!!!! And this sadly is not the first time this has happened. Which is exactly why I said NO CHEESE!!!

Wendy's is a great place to go if you want food that is quick, delicious, and easy. They have many tasty options to choose from--burgers, fries, salads, and chicken sandwiches. Everything is made fresh, so your meal is always hot and yummy.What I liked most was how nice the people who worked there were. They were friendly and made sure my food was correct and quick. The restaurant itself was clean and nice too, so my experience was really good.If you are in a hurry, Wendy's drive-thru is a quick way to get your food, so you can be on your way. I recommend Wendy's because it is a great place to grab some food when you need it.
