I made a mistake in my previous review. My apologies, I confused this restaurant with another one.
The Tim Hortons location in Calgary is poorly run, with mobile orders being ignored in favor of serving drive-thru and walk-in customers first. It is frustrating to order and pay for a coffee in advance only to have to wait for it in store. The manager (or assistant) is unfriendly and seems to dislike both her job and customers. The coffee is often burnt and the quality has declined compared to a few years ago. The standard responses given when complaining do not address the issues at hand. It is suggested that the manager improve the ordering system and provide customer service training to employees. Avoid this location to save yourself from frustration and instead visit the Sage Hill location for much better service.
I always encountered this staff gets my order she’s not smiling always.
All the employees here are amazing, Special shout out to the employee Asif, he knows my order and starts making it when he sees me. Very busy location but great
