Tim Hortons - Calgary

I visited this place with my friends on Saturday at around 5:30PM. Their doughnut showcase was almost out and they didn't any chilli or loaded bowls. This was very disappointing since their schedule says that they are open until 11:00PM. How can a store be open that late and have their showcase empty and A LOT of food items unavailable by 5:30PM?

My friend got a crispy chicken wrap. The chicken was inedible and the wrap was falling apart and only half the size it usually is. As she went up to tell the workers they mocked her and laughed about it and walked away from her as she was trying to talk to them. They continued to laugh about it and only decided to do something when they over heard us talking about how rude they were being. I will never be coming here for food again. The workers were fardeep , Kenneth, and a female worker in her 40s; Something nan, I was unable to get the full name off of her name tag

I love this Tim hortons, it's always been good to me. That being said the new closing time of 6pm is incredibly early. They lose about 2 cups of coffee from me

We stopped in this Tim Hortons at 3:15 in the afternoon today. There was no line up, there were maybe 10 people inside siting. Every single table was dirty, it was the filthiest Tim Hortons I have ever been to in my lifetime. The floors were dirty, garbage areas filthy, food on the floor, tables not clean or washed. Ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich to try. The meat was disgusting and fatty, the tomato and lettuce had seen better days as well. People behind the counter with baseball caps and no hair net but the hair out of the cap on the sides. Their food practices need to be improved upon so people don’t get sick. This location needs regular cleaning. Like every 30 minutes someone should be out there washing, cleaning and sanitizing. It was so dirty. Never again. Sandwich tossed. So gross.

This location used to be much better. I waited in line until I finally arrived to front. Stood infront of the cash register waiting to order for well over 10 minutes until a cashier went over to the register next to me called over the next customer behind me. They order while I wait another 10 or so minutes go by and they attempt to call the next customer behind me again until I have to explain to them I have been waiting in line because I would actually like to order as well. Finally they take my order but double charge my order then give me the incorrect change back. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning
