Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Swiss chalet is always consistant. Chicken and ribs are good. Take out is usually pretty slow. Delivery is really slow.

You cannot beat Swiss Chalet on their BBQ chicken & home fries. I prefer Swiss Chalet over St Hubert BBQ Chicken. I've been to Swiss Chalet locations across Canada & their food ( especially their BBQ chicken + home fries) is the best.

We dropped in with our grandchildren and their parents for a family meal. We were seated in great time but from that point things went slowly downhill. At first I put it down to an inexperienced server but upon further reflectiion the server may be representative of bigger issues. Our orders were not taken in a timely manner nor were they accurate when delivered. The chicken was dry, not moist. The fries were coldon every order. The salads came with no dressing and when the dressing came it was the wrong one. The chicken strips for our granddaughter were overcooked. My wife and I ordered the "Festive" special which was supposed to come with extra's that were never delivered! Overall there is work to be done on a meal that should be quite simple since all orders were the restaurants main items.

Carolyn MacEachern October 2, 2015 - Wow, don't order delivery from this location. If you choose to, beware of the crazy delivery driver and the Customer Care that doesn't truly care. We placed a delivery order with them and when the driver arrived, my husband questioned what the $1.00 service charge was for. The driver explained that it was for the use of the portable debit machine. My husband stated that he did not think a business can add this surcharge anymore and the driver asked him if he would like to speak to his lawyer????????? When my husband refused a tip due to attitude and poor service, the driver proceded to take the food back. We passed him our debit card and explained that we would keep the food, then the driver headed away with our debit card. The entire thing turned into a messy altercation with one of the dinners ending up on the floor. Finally, my son managed to get our card back from the driver but it took some doing to get him off our property. Called Customer Care, they didn't care. Called the restaurant, nobody answered. Unbelievable experience. Believe me, the chicken is not good enough to have to deal with this!!!!! Please folks, order KFC!!!

Went there for Son's birthday, portions are getting smaller, but still ok. Sauce is excellent. Had to wait for the sauce. They do need to fix their entrance door, shuts fast and hard
